We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SAP ABAP Technical Lead / Development Lead to drive the technical design and delivery of high-quality solutions on the SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP platforms. This leadership role requires 8 to 10 years of experience, deep expertise in modern ABAP development, Fiori/UI5, and integration standards, combined with proven team leadership and strong communication skills.

Role Requirements & Logistics :

- Experience Required : 8 to 10 years in SAP design and development.

- Location : Pune or Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite Office).

- Job Type : Full-Time.

- Working Hours : UK Time Shift (2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM IST).

- Notice Period : Immediate or 15 days maximum.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables :

1. Technical Leadership & Mentorship :

- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, overseeing technical delivery, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Strategic Design : Drive the technical design of complex solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with overall enterprise architecture.

- Communication : Leverage strong communication and team leadership capabilities to interface effectively with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders.

2. Modern ABAP & Cloud Development :

- S/4HANA Expertise (Mandatory) : Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects, ensuring deep understanding of the new data model and extensibility options.

- Core ABAP Skills : Design and develop robust solutions using SAP ABAP and modern paradigms, including SAP ABAP Cloud development techniques (e.g., ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model - RAP).

- Integration (SAP IS) : Lead technical design and implementation for SAP Integrations (SAP IS), ensuring seamless data flow between SAP and non-SAP systems.

3. Fiori, UI5, & BTP :

- Fiori/UI5 Development (Mandatory) : Mandatory experience in Fiori Development and UI5, including front-end development, extending standard Fiori applications, and troubleshooting complex UI issues.

- SAP BTP (Mandatory) : Practical experience utilizing SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for cloud-native extensions, integrations, and developing Workflows on BTP.

- Core Experience : 8+ years in SAP Design and Development.

- Platform (Mandatory) : Experience in SAP BTP, Fiori, UI5, and S/4HANA.
