Description :


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead end-to-end development of Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions.


- Design scalable FSL architectures covering Work Orders, Work Types, Service Appointments, Assets, Maintenance Plans, and Entitlements.


- Implement advanced scheduling and optimization logic using skills-based, priority-based, and territory-based dispatching.


- Develop complex Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers to automate field service workflows.


- Build reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) for dispatcher consoles and service management dashboards.


- Customize and extend FSL Mobile App functionality including offline support, guided technician flows, and custom actions.


- Integrate Salesforce FSL with external systems such as ERP, asset management, inventory, billing, and IoT platforms.


- Define and enforce Salesforce security, mobile access policies, and data visibility models.


- Perform performance tuning, governor limit optimization, and troubleshooting for large data volumes.


- Own CI/CD pipelines, sandbox strategy, code reviews, and release management.


- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across the FSL team.


Technical Skills :


- Salesforce Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL


- Salesforce Field Service Lightning (core + advanced scheduling)


- Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Salesforce Flows


- FSL Mobile App customization and offline sync


- REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Async processing


- Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD tools


- Integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar)


Good to Have :


- Salesforce Field Service Lightning Certification


- Experience with large mobile technician workforces


- Exposure to Einstein for Field Service or predictive maintenance
