Locations : Pan india.

Experience Range : 4 10 Years.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Field Service Developer (FSL) to design, develop, and implement scalable Field Service solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service, Apex, and Lightning Web Components, and will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver robust, high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce Field Service (FSL) solutions, including custom LWCs, Apex classes, triggers, and flows.

- Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, and mobile workflows.

- Develop and maintain system integrations between FSL and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools.

- Collaborate with business and functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing FSL implementations.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and leverage new FSL features and capabilities.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Maintain and update technical documentation for developed solutions.

- Contribute effectively within an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 410 years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years in Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.

- Deep understanding of FSL architecture, data model, scheduling, and mobile functionalities.

- Proven experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).

- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salesforce Certifications such as :

- Platform Developer I / II.

- Field Service Lightning Consultant (Highly desirable).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other Salesforce Clouds Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.).

- Exposure to testing frameworks (Apex Unit Tests, Jest for LWC).

- Experience working with mobile FSL customization and offline capabilities.
