About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering Salesforce implementations and a strong passion for building high-quality CRM solutions. This role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in all phases of the Salesforce project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

- Lead Salesforce implementation projects with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.

- Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce applications.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

- Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Configure Salesforce features and determine the appropriate balance between declarative and programmatic solutions.

- Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Support CI/CD processes and version control practices.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- 5 to 5.5 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.

- Minimum 3 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects involving Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.

- Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, including abstraction and inheritance.

- Strong experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP services.

- Experience working with Git and CI/CD processes.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
