Senior Salesforce Developer - nCino

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in nCino, Salesforce LWC, Apex, and DevOps.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce OmniStudio, possess relevant certifications, and bring a solid background in the Banking domain.

This role requires the ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, and APIs.

- Implement and support nCino Banking Operating System functionalities.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and implement best practices in Salesforce DevOps.

- Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems, ensuring data integrity and security.

- Support deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines.

- Ensure high-quality delivery following Salesforce coding standards and governance.

Required Qualifications:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with nCino (mandatory).

- Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Apex Triggers, and Salesforce configuration.

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or similar).

- Strong background in Banking domain (preferred).

- Ability to provide strong BGV documents: Form 16 / PF (mandatory).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a structured approach to development.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP).

- Strong understanding of security, performance tuning, and governor limits.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
