Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications.

- Work extensively on Apex, Apex Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, LWC and Aura Components.

- Develop and maintain high-quality Apex classes, test classes, custom APIs, integrations, and automation solutions.

- Implement Salesforce security, access controls, sharing rules, visibility, and data models.

- Configure and customize Salesforce using Lightning Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Flexi Pages, and other OOTB capabilities.

- Develop real-time and batch integrations using REST API, SOAP API, Bulk API, and Apex Callouts.

- Perform data migration using Apex Data Loader and other Salesforce data-loading tools.

- Manage source control and deployments using Git, SFDX/SF CLI, Change Sets, and related deployment tools.

- Work with Salesforce Developer Console and VS Code for development, debugging, and deployment.

- Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical Salesforce solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Must-Have Skills :

- Salesforce, Apex, Apex Triggers, Advanced Apex, LWC, Aura, Lightning, Salesforce Flows, REST API, SOAP API, Bulk API, Apex Callouts, Salesforce Integration, Data Migration, Git, SFDX/SF CLI, VS Code.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Financial Services Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of Force.com customization.

- Advanced knowledge of Visualforce and JavaScript.

- Experience with Salesforce Developer certifications.

- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or other structured enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and governance.
