Senior Salesforce Developer - LWC/Apex

Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), strong experience with Salesforce configurations and integrations, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. This role requires technical leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of Salesforce platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Application Development :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura (if required), Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative tools.

- Implement complex business logic using Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Batch Apex, Queueable, and Scheduled jobs while adhering to Salesforce governor limits.

- Develop reusable, performance-optimized Lightning Web Components following Salesforce UI/UX and accessibility standards.

Platform Configuration & Customization :

- Design scalable data models and ensure data integrity across standard and custom objects.

- Implement role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security aligned with enterprise security requirements.

Integrations & Data Management :

- Handle data migration, data synchronization, and large data volumes using Data Loader, APIs, and custom ETL solutions.

- Ensure integration solutions are fault-tolerant, secure, and optimized for performance.

Technical Leadership & Best Practices :

- Enforce development standards, naming conventions, and documentation practices.

- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to solution design decisions.

Testing, Deployment & Release Management :

- Support deployment activities across environments using Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth releases and minimal production issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide accurate effort estimates, technical feasibility assessments, and delivery timelines.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills :

- Very strong expertise in Apex, including complex business logic, asynchronous processing, and governor limit optimization.

- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Solid experience in Salesforce configurations, customization, and platform capabilities.

- Proven experience in Salesforce integrations using APIs and event-driven architectures.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and performance optimization.

- Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Education & Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.
