Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement robust Lightning Web Component (LWC) solutions to enhance user interface responsiveness and overall platform performance.

- Develop complex Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes to automate business logic and ensure seamless data integrity across the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems using REST APIs to facilitate real-time data exchange and unified business operations.

- Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Community Cloud environments to align with evolving organizational needs and improve customer engagement metrics.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment cycles, reduce manual errors, and ensure high-quality code delivery.

- Explore and integrate Agentic AI and Agentforce capabilities to build intelligent, autonomous workflows that reduce operational overhead for our clients.

- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura frameworks, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce component lifecycle.

- Proven ability to design and optimize complex data models and business logic within Sales Cloud and Community Cloud environments.

- Strong technical proficiency in Apex programming and REST API integration, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Experience in managing end-to-end CI/CD processes, ensuring seamless integration and deployment in fast-paced, agile environments.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
