Job Description :

We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Developers to join our dynamic team as Senior Consultants or Delivery Managers.

The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Flows.

You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet business requirements and drive value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Build and maintain Flows, Apex Classes, LWC Components, and other declarative/programmable solutions.

- Develop and customize functionality for technician flows, quote flows, APIs, and communication triggers.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.

- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and deployment within the Salesforce platform.

- Lead or support solution architecture reviews and participate in sprint planning and code reviews.

- Work with integration teams to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems and platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

- Strong experience in building Flows (record-triggered, screen flows, etc.) and custom logic.

- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and external data handling.

- Experience with CI/CD, version control (e.g., Git), and Salesforce DX is a plus.

- Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder).
