Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce.com platform development and Salesforce CPQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM and CPQ implementations.

This role requires deep technical knowledge of Salesforce development, integration, customization, and best practices, along with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL

- Implement and customize Salesforce CPQ solutions including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and approvals

- Develop and manage custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation

- Ensure best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and security

CPQ Implementation :

- Lead and support Salesforce CPQ implementations and enhancements

- Configure pricing rules, product rules, quote templates, and contract generation

- Work closely with business teams to translate complex pricing and quoting requirements into scalable CPQ solutions

Integration & Data Management :

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events

- Perform data migration, data validation, and data quality checks

- Ensure secure data handling and role-based access controls

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design discussions, and solution walkthroughs

- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and peers

- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments across environments

Support & Maintenance :

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

- Support ongoing enhancements, performance tuning, and system upgrades

- Maintain technical documentation and deployment artifacts

Required Skills & Experience :

Mandatory :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com development

- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ

- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL

- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and workflow automation

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and profiles

- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines)

Certifications & Compliance :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Mandatory

- Valid UAN, PF details required for pre-background verification

- Active Trailhead profile with relevant badges and projects

Preferred / Good to Have :

- Additional Salesforce certifications (PD2, CPQ Specialist, Integration Architecture Designer)

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies

- Experience working in remote or distributed teams
