Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-performance custom applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet specific client business needs.

- Configure and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments to streamline customer lifecycle management and support operations.

- Design and implement complex automation logic using Flow Orchestration to reduce manual effort and improve process consistency.

- Manage version control and deployment pipelines using Git and CI/CD tools to ensure seamless and error- free releases.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality and security.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical bottlenecks within the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal system performance and scalability.

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce declarative tools with 4 to 6 years of professional experience.

- Proven ability to design and maintain end-to-end workflows within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud architectures.

- Strong proficiency in DevOps practices, including the use of Git for version control and the management of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured technical specifications.

- Strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
