Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage all technical phases of the project lifecycle - from Acquisition (RFI, RFQ, RFP) to Development and SOP (Start of Production).

- Take complete ownership of technical communication with OEMs, Tier-1s, and partners.

- Prepare RFQ responses for OEMs and create supplier RFQs for sub-component procurement or development support.

- Define and document System Requirement Specifications (SRS) for ADAS functions such as AEBS, LDWS, DMS, etc.

- Collaborate closely with software teams, hardware design engineers, test engineers, and functional safety teams to ensure alignment of requirements and implementation.

- Act as the technical interface during the RFI and RFQ phases with OEMs and Tier-1 customers.

- Drive and manage POC (Proof of Concept) activities with customers, ensuring alignment with expectations and timelines.

- Estimate commercial effort, costing, and development timelines for ADAS product features and system deliveries.

- Ensure all documentation is completed with high accuracy and meets internal and external standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an RFQ/RFI Engineer, preferably in the ADAS or automotive domain.

- Demonstrated experience handling OEM customer communication and technical requirements from RFI to POC.

- Proven experience in commercial estimation, effort estimation, and timeline planning.

- Strong understanding of project and requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence.

- Exceptional technical writing and documentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal and goal-oriented communication skills.

- Proven collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

- Excellent analytical and structured thinking abilities.
