Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Developer to join our Hyderabad office on a Contract-to-Hire basis, with a clear path to full-time employment with the client after 4 months, based on performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong and stable professional background and extensive experience building scalable, modern web applications using React.js.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React.js.

- Convert UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

- Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.

- Participate in code reviews and enforce frontend best practices.

- Debug and resolve complex UI issues.

- Mentor junior developers and support technical leadership initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with a stable career history.

- 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in React.js.

- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

- Experience with Redux / Context API / modern state management.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.

- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and frontend build tools.

- Experience in building responsive and cross-browser compatible applications.
