We are looking for a Quality Assurance Tester with experience in HCM systems, especially Employee Central, who can create test specifications, execute tests, and evaluate results in an agile environment.

This role focuses on software testing with an emphasis on HCM (Human Capital Management) applications, particularly Employee Central. The position involves creating test specifications, executing tests, and evaluating results for software and telecommunications products.

Responsibilities :

- Create basic test specifications and perform tests on services, applications, and network components for existing or new software/telecom products.

- Provide a consistent test database, including data migration and evaluation of test results.

- Define and execute simple automated tests and develop standard scripts for them.

- Conduct and evaluate simple tests before the functional go-live.

- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.

- Create and maintain traceability matrices.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies.

- Test HCM modules, including Time Management, Payroll, and Employee Central.

Must-Have Criteria :

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification, or completed vocational training with several years of experience in product QA/testing.

- Experience with HCM systems (Human Capital Management).

- Experience with Employee Central.

- Experience in writing and executing test cases.

- Knowledge of manual testing.

- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Experience in regression testing.

- Knowledge of traceability matrices.

- Familiarity with Agile methods and ceremonies.

- Knowledge of HCM modules, including Time Management, Payroll, and Employee Central.

- Clear communication skills in English.

- Experience in creating test specifications.

- Experience testing services, applications, and network components.

- Ability to maintain consistent test databases, including data migration.

- Experience in evaluating test results.
