Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer Pega CDH with strong expertise in end-to-end testing of Pega-based applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and Next-Best-Action (NBA) solutions and will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute end-to-end QA testing for Pega CDH implementations and enhancements.

- Design and perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.

- Collaborate with Pega developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies and scenarios.

- Ensure adherence to Pega QA standards and Agile delivery processes.

- Develop and maintain test cases, test data, and test documentation.

- Identify, log, track, and validate defects using standard QA tools such as Jira or ALM.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Support continuous improvement of QA practices and mentor junior team members when required.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 7 years of overall Software Quality Assurance experience.

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Pega CDH testing.

- Strong knowledge of Pega Decisioning, Customer Decision Hub, and Next-Best-Action (NBA) testing.

- Experience with Pega end-to-end testing methodologies.

- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to test automation frameworks and defect management tools.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Mandatory Certifications :

- Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect).

- Pega Decisioning Consultant or Pega CDH Lead Certification.
