Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual/Automation Testing

We are hiring a Senior QA Engineer to lead manual and automation testing for SaaS products. You will ensure high-quality software by collaborating with cross-functional teams, building scalable test frameworks, and continuously improving QA processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Execute end-to-end manual and automated testing for SaaS platforms.

- Design, maintain, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts.

- Partner with developers, product managers, and designers for requirement validation and coverage.

- Identify, log, and resolve bugs with clear documentation.

- Conduct regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.

- Strengthen automation frameworks and scale test coverage.

- Analyse results and propose improvements in QA practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 4- 6 years of QA experience in SaaS (manual + automation).

- Proficiency with testing tools/frameworks (Selenium, Postman, etc.).

- Good SQL skills for data validation.

- Exposure to AI-based testing tools (Testim preferred).

- Knowledge of scripting (Python, JavaScript).

- ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and detail orientation.

- Stable career history and startup experience preferred.
