Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in Networking and Telecom protocols including VOIP and SIP. The candidate must be proficient in automation frameworks and scripting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing for VOIP/SIP-based applications.

- Validate telecom and networking protocols such as VOIP, SIP, RTP, H.264, OPUS, WebRTC, etc.

- Develop automation scripts using Python, and work with Selenium/Robot Framework.

- Identify bugs, analyze logs, raise defects, and ensure high-quality product releases.

- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams for end-to-end QA involvement.

- Design test plans, test cases, and maintain QA documentation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong understanding of Networking and Telecom protocols.

- Hands-on experience with VOIP, SIP, RTP, H.264, OPUS, WebRTC.

- Proficiency in Python scripting and automation tools (Selenium/Robot Framework).

- Good debugging, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in fast-paced product engineering environments
