About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Qlik Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Business Intelligence solutions using Qlik Sense and QlikView.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex business requirements into scalable dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions while ensuring high performance, data accuracy, and an exceptional user experience.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Solution Capability :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable BI solutions using Qlik Sense and QlikView.

- Build interactive dashboards, visualizations, and self-service analytics for business users.

- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.

- Optimize Qlik applications for performance, scalability, and usability.

- Develop and maintain reusable data models, scripts, and ETL processes.

- Troubleshoot application, data, and performance issues while ensuring high system availability.

- Support existing Qlik applications and continuously enhance reporting capabilities.

Business :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.

- Provide actionable insights through dashboards and analytical reports.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions.

- Support business users with report enhancements, issue resolution, and training.

- Recommend best practices and innovative BI solutions to improve decision-making.

Cross Functional :

- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, Business Analysts, and Product Teams.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality solutions within project timelines.

Tech Stack :

- Strong expertise in Qlik Sense and QlikView.

- Advanced SQL and database development.

- Experience in Data Modeling, ETL, and Data Warehousing.

- Strong knowledge of dashboard development and data visualization best practices.

- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, and MS Office Suite.

- Familiarity with SharePoint or other collaboration platforms.

- Experience with REST APIs and data integration is an added advantage.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Qlik Sense and QlikView development.

- Expertise in SQL, scripting, and performance optimization.

- Strong understanding of Data Modeling, ETL, and Business Intelligence concepts.

- Experience creating interactive dashboards and executive reports.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Qlik Development, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.

- Experience in the Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or Healthcare domain is preferred.
