Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python.

- Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Flask and Django frameworks.

- Integrate AI/ML models into backend systems, ensuring scalability and performance.

- Design and optimize database schemas and queries for MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and SQL databases.

- Implement scalable deployment solutions using Docker (Kubernetes experience is a plus).

- Optimize backend systems for high performance and load handling (caching, async processing, query optimization).

- Write efficient, maintainable and testable code following best practices

Required Skills & Qualification :

- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on backend development.

- Strong proficiency in Python, with solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles.

- Proven experience with Flask and Django.

- Solid experience with relational (PostgreSQL, SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

- Experience integrating and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.

- Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques for high-traffic backend systems.

- Proficiency in Docker for containerized deployments.

- Understanding of system design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
