About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Python/Django Developer who is passionate about building high-quality web applications. In this role, you will work across both backend and frontend development, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to shipping production-ready applications. Experience with AI tools and modern cloud-native technologies will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop backend web application code using Python and Django.

- Work with various AI tools to support application features and automation.

- Build user-facing frontend components in close collaboration with the marketing and design teams to deliver engaging user experiences.

- Write clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, jQuery, and React.js.

- Build, deploy, and maintain applications in a production environment.

- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary marketing and engineering teams.

- Work with modern technologies such as Kubernetes, Go, and Kafka.

- Take ownership of codebases and ensure high standards in documentation and code quality.

- Manage projects efficiently and deliver work on time.

- Adapt quickly, learn new tools and technologies, and thrive outside your comfort zone.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Python/Django Developer.

- Strong understanding of backend web development using Python and Django.

- Hands-on experience with AI tools.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, jQuery, and React.js.

- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Go, and Kafka is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for visual and interaction design.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
