We are looking for an experienced Senior Python/Django Developer with a strong background in building scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should bring hands-on expertise in Python/Django, strong object-oriented design skills, and prior experience in team leadership. Exposure to Java, HR systems, and modern development practices will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and Django framework.

- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Apply object-oriented design principles in building robust applications.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and best practices.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs for enterprise applications.

- Work on database-driven development using PostgreSQL, ensuring performance optimization.

- Integrate and secure applications with proper authentication and authorization mechanisms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

- Leverage ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA) where applicable.

- Ensure code security, performance, and scalability.

- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and frameworks to adopt modern practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python (6+ years) and Django framework.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles.

- Good hands-on experience in Java (5+ years added advantage).

- Experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or JPA.

- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.

- Experience in leading teams and providing technical direction.

- Familiarity with Microservices architecture and design patterns.

- Strong coding, debugging, and optimization skills.

- Experience in building enterprise applications.

- Familiarity with application security best practices.

- Exposure to modern development tools and libraries.

Good to Have (Added Advantage) :

- Experience in Bootstrap 4 and jQuery for UI development.

- Exposure to Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
