Role Description :

We are seeking a seasoned Python Developer with experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on coding and development expertise, and the ability to lead or mentor a team. This role involves developing robust solutions using Python and its libraries, with a focus on integrating and enhancing RPA processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Software Development: Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable solutions using Python and its core libraries, including Pandas.

- Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Work with RPA platforms like Blue Prism to build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows.

- Database Management: Write and optimize complex queries to interact with relational databases using SQL.

- DevOps Implementation: Apply DevOps principles and practices to ensure efficient and reliable deployment and operations.

- Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as a technical leader or mentor, providing guidance and support to other developers on the team.

- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across the development and production environments.

Technical Skills :

- Core Programming: Python, Pandas.

- Robotic Process Automation: Blue Prism.

- Database Management: SQL.

- DevOps: Experience with DevOps practices and related tools.

- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS is preferred.

Education :

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Experience :

- Experience: 6-8 years of professional experience as a developer.

- Role: Preference for a Senior or Lead Developer/Technical Lead who can both code hands-on and handle a team.
