Roles & Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze existing Python applications and scripts to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and code smells.

- Refactor, optimize, and modularize legacy code for better maintainability and performance.

- Implement coding best practices, design patterns, and PEP8 standards.

- Conduct detailed code reviews and recommend technical improvements.

- Work closely with product owners and data teams to ensure functionality and business logic remain intact after refinement.

- Debug and resolve issues in existing systems efficiently.

- Write clear documentation for changes and improvements.

- Suggest automation and performance tuning opportunities across existing pipelines or services.

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's degree required in computer science, information technology, or related field.

- Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) and hands-on experience with core libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy, multiprocessing, etc.).

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design principles.

- Experience in code profiling, debugging, and performance optimization, Py Spark, SQL, PySQL

- Experience with data-driven systems, APIs, or data pipelines is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of deliverables.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills
