As a Python Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing backend solutions, integrating databases, and ensuring the scalability and performance of applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Core Python and frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.

- Design and implement APIs, microservices, and database integration layers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust backend solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable code and implement unit testing strategies to ensure code quality.

- Use ORM tools and Alembic for database schema management and migrations.

- Manage version control (Git), follow branching strategies, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.

- Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).

- Mentor and support junior developers in best practices and technical development.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Core Python.

- Experience with FastAPI or Flask frameworks.

- Solid understanding of backend development principles and testing (unit test cases, CI/CD pipelines).

- Experience with SQL databases, ORMs, and Alembic.

- Working knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud services.

- Familiarity with Git-based version control and branching strategies.

- Ability to design scalable and efficient systems based on business needs.

- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
