Senior Python Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using Python.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and impactful features that enhance user experience and drive business growth. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and scalability of our platform, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Python-based applications and APIs to support our core business functions.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate backend services and ensure seamless data flow for optimal user experience.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards to maintain code quality and reduce technical debt.

- Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure code quality across the team.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments to ensure system stability and minimize downtime.

- Optimize application performance and scalability to handle increasing user traffic and data volume.

- Contribute to the design and implementation of our cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Python technologies and trends to continuously improve our development processes and tools.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming, with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns.

- Solid experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask, including building RESTful APIs.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Ability to write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 4 - 8 years of relevant experience.
