Senior Python Developer :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer with 8+ years of experience in backend development, API design, and system integrations.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python, Django, and SQL optimization, with the ability to debug and optimize complex applications.

Experience with Celery, Kubernetes, and AI/GenAI is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services and APIs using Python and Django.

- Build and integrate cross-system APIs and ensure seamless system communication.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug complex issues across distributed systems.

- Optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure scalability and reliability.

- Implement background job processing using frameworks like Celery or Temporal (preferred).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver scalable solutions.

- Maintain coding standards, perform code reviews, and contribute to best practices.

- Explore and integrate AI/GenAI capabilities where applicable to enhance applications.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Python and Django.

- Expertise in API development, including design and integration across systems.

- Proven debugging and problem-solving skills for complex applications.

- Solid understanding of SQL, with experience in query optimization and performance tuning.

- Experience with background job frameworks such as Celery, Temporal, etc.

- Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) and containerized applications.

- Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies for backend solutions.

- Knowledge of Ruby on Rails is a plus
