Role Overview :

As a Senior Python Developer based in Pune, you will serve as a technical lead responsible for architecting and maintaining high-scale backend systems.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into efficient, maintainable code.

Accountabilities :

- Lead engineering teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture to achieve project goals and meet organizational objectives.

- Oversee timelines, team allocation, risk management and task prioritization to ensure the successful delivery of solutions within scope, time, and budget.

- Mentor and support team members' professional growth, conduct performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Evaluation and enhancement of engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize team productivity.

- Collaboration with business partners, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure a cohesive approach to product development.

- Enforcement of technology standards, facilitate peer reviews, and implement robust testing practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture to enhance system modularity and improve deployment velocity for enterprise clients.

- Lead the development of backend services using Python, Django, and Flask to ensure high availability and optimal performance of mission-critical applications.

- Integrate Generative AI models into existing workflows to automate complex data tasks and provide advanced analytical capabilities to end-users.

- Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless API integration with React.js interfaces, delivering a cohesive and responsive user experience.

- Mentor junior engineering staff and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of software quality and architectural integrity across the organization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and managing large-scale backend systems using Python, with deep proficiency in Django and Flask frameworks.

- Proven ability to design and deploy complex microservices architecture in a production environment, ensuring fault tolerance and high throughput.

- Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI technologies into enterprise applications to solve real-world business challenges.

- Strong understanding of modern frontend integration, specifically working with React.js to bridge the gap between backend services and user interfaces.
