We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to design, build, and scale backend systems and AI-powered services. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Python, Django, distributed background processing, cloud-native deployments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

You will also work extensively with MySQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ for data storage, caching, and asynchronous workflows, along with browser automation and data extraction tools like Playwright, Selenium, and BeautifulSoup (bs4).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Django

- Build RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework

- Design and manage relational database schemas using MySQL

- Optimize queries, indexing, and transactions for performance and scalability

- Use Redis for caching, rate limiting, session management, and Celery backends

- Implement asynchronous and scheduled tasks using Celery and Celery Beat

- Work with RabbitMQ and Redis as message brokers for distributed systems

- Develop, deploy, and integrate AI/ML models into production systems

- Perform web automation, testing, and data extraction using Playwright, Selenium, and BeautifulSoup (bs4)

- Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)(GKE, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, etc.)

- Containerize services using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes (GKE)

- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and scaling

- Ensure system reliability, security, and observability

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions

Backend & Frameworks :

- Experience with Playwright and/or Selenium for browser automation and testing

- Experience using BeautifulSoup (bs4) for web scraping and HTML parsing

Cloud & DevOps :

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- GKE, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub

- Experience containerizing applications using Docker

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (preferably GKE)
