Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Python Automation Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop comprehensive automation frameworks using Python to improve testing efficiency and coverage for various applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and translate them into automated test scripts and solutions.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated tests to ensure continuous feedback and faster release cycles.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues, ensuring high-quality software releases.

- Mentor junior team members on automation best practices and provide technical guidance on Python development and testing methodologies.

- Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation processes and tools to optimize performance and scalability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python programming, including strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

- Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, pytest, or similar.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating automated tests into the development workflow.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 7-9 years of relevant experience in software development and automation.
