Senior Python Application Developer

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and driven Lead Python Application Developer to architect, develop, and deliver mission-critical enterprise applications within a high-performance Python ecosystem.

Required Qualifications :

Technical Leadership & Architecture :

- 8+ years of progressive experience in application development and systems architecture, with a strong focus on Python-centric solutions.

- Demonstrable expertise in end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) leadership.

- Proven capability to lead and inspire cross-functional engineering teams.

- Subject Matter Expert (SME) capability in advanced Python paradigms (asyncio, concurrency, parallel processing) and frameworks (FastAPI, Django REST Framework, Flask).

- Mastery of enterprise software architecture patterns (Microservices, Event-Driven Architectures, GraphQL).

Core Technical Proficiency :

- Expert-level proficiency in Python 3.x.

- Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Redis).

- Expertise in designing and securing (OAuth2, JWT) RESTful and gRPC APIs.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and GitOps principles.

- Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and serverless computing.

- Proficiency in Docker and advanced Kubernetes orchestration.

- Advanced troubleshooting and performance profiling using Prometheus, Grafana, and Jaeger.

- Experience with TDD using Pytest and Selenium.

AI Integration & Development :

- Experience across the AI/ML lifecycle using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and scikit-learn.

- Practical experience with AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Devin, Windsurf).

- Hands-on experience designing and deploying Agentic AI systems.

- Application of Generative AI models (GPT, Gemini, Claude) for code generation and intelligent automation.

Methodology & Professional Skills :

- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
