Senior Project Manager - Windchill

Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in PTC Windchill PLM systems to lead and manage complex projects across engineering and product lifecycle domains.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience managing Windchill implementations, upgrades, and integrations, and will act as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, QA, and client representatives.

- Monitor and track project progress using project management tools and provide regular status updates.

- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communication, and escalation management.

- Ensure alignment of Windchill PLM solutions with business goals and engineering processes.

- Coordinate testing, training, and deployment activities.

- Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on Windchill PLM projects.

- Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale PLM implementations.

- Strong knowledge of PTC Windchill modules.

- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

- Proficiency in project management tools.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across geographies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Windchill integrations with ERP, CAD, or MES systems.

- Familiarity with PLM-related compliance and regulatory standards
