Senior Project Manager - BlackLine Cash Application

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end BlackLine implementation initiatives, including seamless integration with SAP Finance systems. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work closely with Finance, IT, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end BlackLine implementation projects, including SAP FI/CO integration

- Coordinate across IT, Finance, vendors, and IT implementation partners to ensure alignment and delivery

- Chair Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings, presenting project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to executive stakeholders

- Oversee solution configuration, testing, deployment, and user adoption

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks

- Ensure compliance with project governance, reporting, and documentation standards

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in Finance / ERP implementations

- Proven hands-on experience with BlackLine implementations

- Strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance (FI/CO)

- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead executive-level discussions

- Project Management certification such as PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent

- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English

- Availability to work in the CET time zone

- Based in Pune with willingness to work onsite 3 days per week
