Position Title : Senior Power Platform Developer (React/.NET, PCF)
Work Arrangement : Remote - India
About the Role :
This role focuses on creating robust, scalable solutions using modern development practices. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert who prioritizes sustainable architecture and disciplined development. They will work extensively with React, TypeScript, and the Power Platform to build enterprise-grade applications.
We seek a developer who embodies a blend of humility and professional willconfident in their abilities yet realistic in their self-assessment. The successful candidate demonstrates disciplined thought by consistently choosing scalable, maintainable solutions (leveraging Dataverse/PCF) over convenient quick fixes.
Core Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain custom PCF controls using React and TypeScript.
- Build and extend functionality within Model-driven Power Apps and the Dataverse.
- Develop C#/.NET plugins and custom connectors to integrate with external systems.
- Implement and consume REST/OData APIs for seamless data exchange.
- Manage application lifecycle using Power Platform ALM tools, including solution packaging and deployment pipelines.
Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have) :
- Proven, strong experience in React and TypeScript development.
- Hands-on development experience with the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
- A solid understanding of Model-driven Power Apps and Dataverse.
- Practical experience with C#/.NET for plugin development.
- Familiarity with building custom connectors and working with REST/OData APIs.
- Experience with Power Platform ALM, including solution management and deployment pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) :
- Experience with Power BI or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD.
Please Note :
This Role Is Not A Fit For :
- Candidates whose experience is primarily or exclusively in SharePoint development.
- Developers who have only worked with Canvas Apps and lack Model-driven App or PCF experience.
