Role Overview :

The Senior Power Platform Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. This role requires a strong background in low-code development, integration with enterprise data sources, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.

- Architect and implement low-code solutions to automate business processes and integrate with enterprise data sources such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and Dataverse.

- Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retros).

- Convert requirements into user stories, estimate effort, and deliver maintainable components.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Power Platform environments.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Professional experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on Power Platform technologies.

- Deep expertise in Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate (cloud flows), and Power BI (dashboard and report creation).

- Ensure all solutions adhere to organizational standards for security, compliance, and performance.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and managed environments.

- Strong understanding of low-code development principles, including visual drag-and-drop interfaces, pre-built components, and templates.

- Hands-on SAFe Agile experience.

- Azure DevOps for story/task/defect management.
