Senior Power BI Developer

Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Power BI Developer with 6+ years of experience in building visually engaging, executive-level dashboards optimized for both mobile and web platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization, SQL, and system integration (Microsoft Dynamics 365, AWS), with a proven ability to design data-driven insights for C-suite executives.

The role requires a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and strong business acumen to deliver real-time, actionable intelligence for leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Power BI Development : Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring high visual appeal, usability, and alignment with executive-level business needs.

- Mobile & Web Optimization : Create dashboards optimized for both mobile and desktop, ensuring seamless access to real-time data for CEOs and senior stakeholders.

- Data Modelling & Visualization : Develop efficient data models and apply best practices in data visualization for strategic decision-making.

- Data Integration : Integrate multiple data sources including Microsoft Dynamics 365, AWS, and internal systems to provide consolidated business insights.

- SQL & ETL Pipelines : Write and optimize SQL queries, manage ETL workflows, and ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading for Power BI.

- Data Quality & Validation : Maintain data accuracy through validation, cleansing, and performance monitoring.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Leadership & Mentoring : Take ownership of deliverables, delegate tasks effectively, and mentor junior developers to ensure project success.

- Performance Monitoring : Continuously improve dashboard performance, responsiveness, and usability.

- Communication : Present reports, findings, and visual analytics clearly to senior management and business users.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI Development and Data Analytics.

- Expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Data Modelling.

- Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction and transformation.

- Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AWS data sources.

- Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipeline design, and data governance best practices.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Certification such as PL-300 (Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst) preferred.
