Key Responsibilities :

Technical Ownership :

- Design and develop scalable, event-driven microservices using GO, Python, MongoDB, TypeScript, React, and Azure. Ensure the adoption of cloud-native solutions and best practices in software development.

Database & Data Management :

- Implement MongoDB or SQL for large-scale data management, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. Integrate Azure Databricks for efficient data processing and cloud-based analytics.

Engineering Best Practices :

- Enforce Test-Driven Development (TDD) and implement CI/CD pipelines for streamlined testing, integration, and deployment. Maintain high coding standards and contribute to software quality improvement.

Security & Observability :

- Ensure application security by applying secure coding practices. Integrate monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for continuous observability and proactive issue detection.

Agile Collaboration :

- Collaborate within Agile teams to define requirements, develop high-quality solutions, and deliver them iteratively. Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with product requirements and timelines.

Client Interactions :

- Engage with clients to understand business requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.
