Job Description :

- 8+ years of relevant Performance Engineering / Performance Testing experience.

- Strong hands-on Performance Testing experience.

- LoadRunner Mandatory.

- Strong Banking / BFSI / Insurance domain experience Mandatory.

- Experience in Performance Engineering, Profiling, Tuning, and Root Cause Analysis.

- Good understanding of Cloud environments AWS/Azure.

- Experience with APM tools such as AppDynamics / CloudWatch.

- Good understanding of DevOps / CI-CD.

- JMeter, Java/Python, Chaos Engineering experience would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and execute complex performance testing strategies to validate system stability under extreme load conditions for our high-traffic client platforms.

- Conduct deep-dive performance analysis to isolate latency issues and resource contention, providing actionable insights that improve system response times.

- Deploy and configure advanced monitoring tools to maintain real-time visibility into application health and infrastructure performance metrics.

- Lead the design and implementation of automated load testing scripts using LoadRunner to ensure seamless integration into our continuous delivery pipelines.

- Mentor junior engineering staff and provide technical guidance on performance best practices to elevate the overall engineering maturity of the organization.

- Partner with stakeholders to define performance benchmarks and service level objectives that align with long-term business scalability goals.
