Job Title : Senior Palantir Developer (6-9 Years)

Role Summary :

The Senior Palantir Developer is a technical leader who architects and builds critical business applications and the robust data foundations they rely on.

You are a subject matter expert in both advanced application development and scalable data engineering.

You will lead the development of the most complex solutions, setting technical standards for the team and mentoring others in building high-quality, performant, and maintainable systems.

Responsibilities :

Application Architecture & Development (Workshop) :

- Architect the overall structure and design of mission-critical, multi-faceted applications in Workshop, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and secure.

- Lead hands-on development of the most complex application features, tackling challenging UI/UX, logic, and performance problems.

- Develop reusable front-end frameworks, components, and best practices using Typescript to accelerate team-wide application development.

- Spearhead performance engineering for all front-end applications, ensuring a fluid experience for all users.

Data Engineering & Backend Architecture :

- Lead the architectural design of complex data ecosystems within Foundry, including data ingestion frameworks and multi-stage pipeline architectures.

- Serve as the technical authority on Ontology design, ensuring it is modeled for both analytical rigor and application usability.

- Oversee and contribute to the development of highly performant and optimized data pipelines, establishing coding standards and review processes.

- Design and implement advanced integrations between Foundry and external systems using Functions and APIs.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 6-9 years of IT experience, with 3+ years in a senior or lead role building solutions with Palantir Foundry.

- Application Development Expertise : Expert-level, hands-on mastery of Workshop and Functions. Expert-level Typescript is required, with a deep understanding of front-end architecture and design patterns.

- Backend & Data Engineering Expertise : Expert-level Python and PySpark skills. Deep expertise in designing and optimizing complex data pipelines and enterprise-scale Ontologies.

- Solution Architecture : Proven ability to architect and deliver large-scale, end-to-end data solutions, from backend to front-end.

- Leadership : Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of elevating a team's technical capabilities.
