Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Technical Consultant with 8 to 12 years of experience to join the Finance Systems team.

This critical role requires deep technical expertise in the Fusion Technology Stack for building custom solutions, coupled with strong functional knowledge of core Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA) and SCM (PO, Inventory, Order Management) modules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full technical lifecycle, from requirement analysis and development to comprehensive testing and advanced production support.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Development and Solution Building :

- Lead the technical design and development of custom reports, interfaces, and integrations leveraging the Oracle Fusion Technology Stack (e.g., BI Publisher, OTBI, FBL/FBDI, ADFDi, Web Services/APIs).

- Gather detailed business requirements for enhancements and customizations and translate them into robust technical requirement documents.

Analysis and Configuration :

- Work closely with Functional Consultants to effectively understand, review, and confirm the feasibility of complex business requirements.

- Demonstrate capability in requirement mapping and gap analysis between business needs and Oracle Fusion standard functionality.

- Be able to configure and support the core Financials and SCM modules, acting as a subject matter expert when working with Systems Team, Business Teams, End Users, and 3rd party vendors.

Testing and Production Support :

- Execute and document rigorous testing for all code changes, including unit testing, component integration testing, system integration testing (SIT), performance testing, capacity testing, and quality reviews.

- Efficiently triage and resolve production support tickets accurately and effectively, demonstrating adeptness in problem/defect resolution.

- Manage issue resolution by following up with product vendors on SRs, Patching, Bugs, and product updates through issue closure.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 8 to 12 years of experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant, ideally with a focus on Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications.

- Technical Stack (Mandatory) : Mandatory hands-on experience in building custom reports, interfaces, and integrations using the Fusion Technology Stack.

- Functional Knowledge (Mandatory) : Strong functional and technical experience in core Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, FA) and SCM modules (PO, Inventory, Order Management).

- Methodology : Proven capability in requirement mapping and gap analysis.

- Testing : Extensive experience in developing and executing various stages of application testing (Unit, SIT, Performance).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in additional Oracle Fusion modules (Projects, HCM).

- Certification in Oracle Cloud Financials or SCM Technical/Implementation specialties.

- Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and XML for data manipulation and reporting
