Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Applications Developer to join our team. This is a senior-level role requiring hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) development, including the implementation of new modules, support of existing systems, and end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical and troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and drive end-to-end technical delivery from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle custom solutions using Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows (RICEW), and other Oracle tools.

- Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

- Customize and support Oracle EBS modules, especially in the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle including Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, and Customer Management.

- Develop and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher reports, and Workflow components.

- Provide Level 2 production support, including issue resolution and end-user support activities.

- Create and manage test environments, and support cloning and refresh activities.

- Collaborate with Oracle Support and internal teams to troubleshoot application issues.

- Ensure technical documentation and compliance with IT general controls including SOX requirements.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical support across integrated systems.

- Stay updated with Oracle's latest tools, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 or 11i as a Techno-Functional Consultant.

- Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.

- Minimum 5 years of experience with :

1. Oracle Forms and Reports

2. XML/BI Publisher

3. Oracle Workflow Builder

- O2C-related interfaces and conversions

- Experience in Unix Shell Scripting (3+ years).

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle modules including Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, and Shipping.

- Proficiency in Forms Personalization, OAF, and ADF is a plus.

- Familiarity with Application Object Library (AOL).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently, multitask, and interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
