Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Okta IAM Engineer to join our Global Cybersecurity team.

In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions with a focus on Okta.

You will play a critical role in enhancing Fluidras global security posture by driving secure access to applications and services across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, a passion for automation, and experience operating in complex, enterprise-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities :

IAM Architecture & Engineering :

- Design and implement IAM solutions using Okta, Active Directory, and other identity providers.

- Manage SSO integration and federation for global business-critical applications.

- Develop custom workflows, hooks, and API integrations within Okta.

Security & Zero Trust Implementation :

- Enable and support passwordless authentication, identity threat detection, and zero-trust access policies.

- Integrate Okta with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools to protect high-risk roles and service accounts.

- Implement context-based access controls using device posture, risk scores, and geolocation.

Identity Governance :

- Deploy and manage the Okta Identity Governance (IGA) platform.

- Design automated access request workflows, with multi-level approval processes.

- Conduct access reviews, certification campaigns, and support continuous access verification.

Operations & Compliance :

- Monitor IAM environments for security compliance and performance metrics (SLA, MFA adoption, etc.

- Configure identity proofing workflows for secure, remote onboarding.

- Ensure alignment with frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC2, and organizational policies.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Collaborate with regional IT teams and business stakeholders to align IAM strategy with business needs.

- Promote self-service capabilities and reduce operational overhead.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, guidelines, and training materials.

Experience & Certifications :

- 7+ years of IAM engineering experience, with 3+ years specializing in Okta.

- Okta Certified Administrator certification is mandatory.

Technical Expertise :

- In-depth knowledge of SSO protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).

- Experience with Okta IGA, Workflows, FastPass, and user lifecycle automation.

- Strong scripting skills using Python or PowerShell for IAM automation.

- Proven ability to work with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and SIEM integrations.

- Hands-on experience with PAM tools such as BeyondTrust or Delinea.
