We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Odoo Developer to lead our development efforts and drive the successful implementation of Odoo solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and Mentor : Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and company policies.

- Project Leadership : Take ownership of Odoo projects from conception to completion, including team management, adherence to project timelines, and ensuring punctuality and discipline.

- Requirement Analysis : Act as a key liaison between clients and the development team. Gather, analyze, and translate client requirements into detailed technical and functional specifications.

- Technical Development : Design, develop, and maintain Odoo modules and customizations. Perform code reviews and ensure proper source code documentation.

- Solution-Based Approach : Proactively identify and propose innovative, effective solutions to complex business problems.

- Troubleshooting and Support : Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including repairing legacy code, and provide expert support to both the team and clients.

- Client Communication : Maintain strong, proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and providing timely updates.

- Adaptability : Adjust to various project methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall) and project types (dedicated, fixed cost, T&M).

Technical Skills :

- Odoo Framework : In-depth knowledge of Odoo's architecture, including its Object-Relational Mapping (ORM), models, views, and controllers.

- Programming Languages : Expert-level proficiency in Python, along with strong skills in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS.

- Database : Advanced experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, query optimization, and management.

- Front-End : Solid understanding of front-end development, including QWeb, and the ability to customize Odoo's user interface.

- APIs : Proven experience with Odoo's APIs (e.g., REST, XML-RPC) for integrating with third-party applications.

- Version Control : Proficient in using Git for collaborative development and code management.

- Deployment : Familiarity with Odoo deployment, hosting environments, and server management.

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong Odoo Experience : Proven track record with end-to-end Odoo implementation, including configuration, customization, and migration.
