Role Summary:

Drives enterprise onboarding and standardization in Dynatrace across Dev, QA, and Production for applications, infrastructure, ETL, ActiveBatch, SSRS, and SSIS. Strengthens telemetry quality, dashboards, alerts, incident readiness, and Production promotion, while collaborating across teams to enable required observability features.

Key Responsibilities:

- Standardize onboarding for priority services and data workloads across Dev, QA, and Production.

- Optimize dashboards, alerts, topology, and SLO visibility.

- Validate telemetry, ownership, and readiness in Dev and QA before Production promotion.

- Collaborate across teams on integration requirements and provide clear guidance for operational outcomes.

Required Skills:

- Enterprise Dynatrace experience optimizing deployments across applications, infrastructure, and Azure services.

- Experience standardizing onboarding for ETL, reporting, scheduler, or pipeline workloads, including Tier 0 and Tier 1 services.

- Hands-on dashboarding, alert engineering, topology, operational readiness improvement, and familiarity with Azure-native monitoring and SRE practices.

Expected Delivery Outcomes:

- In the first 180 days, standardize onboarding priorities and optimize pilot services in Dev and QA.

- Over time, strengthen telemetry quality, improve Production readiness, enable required observability features, and promote QA-validated services into Production.
