Role Overview :

As a Senior OBIEE Engineer at Haparz, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining our clients' business intelligence and data warehousing solutions. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, business analysts, and project managers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and scalable OBIEE solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality data visualizations and reports that empower our clients to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust and scalable OBIEE solutions to meet business requirements for various clients.

- Create complex reports, dashboards, and analyses using OBIEE, ensuring data accuracy and optimal performance.

- Develop and maintain ETL processes using ODI or similar tools to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.

- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data models and ensure data quality for reporting purposes.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior OBIEE developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues within the OBIEE environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Implement and maintain security protocols within OBIEE to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of OBIEE solutions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing complex OBIEE reports, dashboards, and analyses.

- Proven ability to develop and maintain ETL processes using tools such as ODI, ensuring data quality and integrity.

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling techniques.

- Experience with PL-SQL and Oracle DBA principles for data manipulation and database optimization.

- Familiarity with modern data technologies such as MongoDB, Power BI, Tableau, and streaming platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Adaptable to working in a distributed team environment across multiple locations in India.
