- Job Title : Senior Auth0 CIAM Engineer.

- Location : Flexible / Hybrid.

- Department : Global Cybersecurity.

Role Overview :

- We are seeking a Senior Auth0 CIAM Engineer to design, implement, and manage Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions using Auth0.

- This role is critical in securing customer access across our global B2B and B2C applications.

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Digital, Marketing, and Security, to ensure seamless and secure digital experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deploy and manage Auth0 tenants and configuration settings.

- Develop and optimize authentication flows using rules, hooks, and actions.

- Integrate Auth0 with applications using SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.

- Connect backend systems such as databases, SAP, and ecommerce platforms.

- Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines.

- Monitor system security, performance, and health metrics.

- Support AWS IoT integrations with secure identity management.

- Provide training and guidance to Digital teams on Auth0 best practices.

Requirements :

Technical Expertise :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Auth0.

- Certified Okta Customer Identity Cloud (Auth0) Developer.

- Deep understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols.

- Experience implementing MFA and passwordless authentication.

- Solid grasp of Zero Trust architecture principles.

- Proficient in JavaScript for custom Auth0 development (rules, hooks, actions).

- Scripting knowledge in Python or PowerShell.

- Strong API integration and API security skills, including rate limiting.

- Ability to fine-tune performance and scale identity services.

Platform & Tool Knowledge :

- Experience with backend databases (SQL and NoSQL).

- Familiarity with SAP systems and ecommerce platforms.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
