Senior Node.js Developer - Express.js/Javascript

Position : Senior Node.js Developer

Location : Full-time

Experience Required : 4+ years in backend development with Node.js

Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and build scalable backend services & RESTful APIs using Node.js (Express.js, NestJS).

- Integrate with databases MySQL.

- Optimize performance, write unit and integration tests, and debug production issues.

- Collaborate with frontend teams using Git workflows, participate in code reviews.

- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) using Docker, Kubernetes.

- Maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins), monitor system health, and ensure security best practices.

Required Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, asynchronous programming.

- RESTful API design, database schema design, and application security fundamentals.

- Experience with Redis, NoSQL/SQL, Git, containerization, cloud deployment.

- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams.

Nice-to-Have :

- Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana.

- Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps exposure.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent.
