Senior Node.js Developer

Job Title : Senior Node.js Developer (Immediate Joiner | Leadership Role)

Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

- Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend, DevOps, and data teams.

- Manage code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD integration.

- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to the development team.

- Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, and strategic tech discussions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, Express.js, and API design.

- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, asynchronous programming, and event-driven systems.

- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other databases.

- Strong knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Proven experience leading teams or mentoring junior developers.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred (Bonus) :

- Familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, and message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.

- Contributions to open source or technical blogs/publications.
