Role Overview :

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will serve as a technical authority responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of mission-critical network architectures.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams and global clients to resolve complex connectivity challenges, ensuring high availability and peak performance across diverse environments. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy scalable network solutions that align with client business requirements and industry best practices.

- Manage end-to-end routing and switching configurations to ensure seamless data flow and network stability.

- Implement and maintain advanced security protocols and firewall policies to protect enterprise assets from evolving cyber threats.

- Configure and optimize SD-WAN and VPN solutions to support secure, high-performance connectivity for distributed enterprise locations.

- Execute complex troubleshooting tasks using diagnostic tools like Wireshark to identify and resolve latency or connectivity bottlenecks.

- Oversee the deployment of load balancing tools to distribute traffic efficiently and enhance application availability.

- Integrate cloud networking components into existing on-premise infrastructure to facilitate hybrid cloud adoption.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise-grade network environments.

- Demonstrate deep expertise in Network Architecture, TCP/IP, and core Network Protocols with a proven track record of maintaining high-uptime systems.

- Hold active professional certifications such as CCNP or CCIE, reflecting a mastery of advanced networking concepts.

- Exhibit strong analytical abilities to perform deep-packet inspection and root-cause analysis using Wireshark and other industry-standard tools.

- Communicate complex technical strategies effectively to stakeholders and collaborate seamlessly within distributed teams across Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

- Adapt quickly to evolving cloud networking trends and integrate new technologies into legacy frameworks.

- Maintain a disciplined approach to Network Administration, ensuring all configurations are documented, compliant, and optimized for performance.
