Role Overview :

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will serve as the technical backbone for our international infrastructure, overseeing the design, deployment, and optimization of complex global network environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams, global stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless connectivity and high availability across all business operations. By architecting robust solutions and proactively managing network health, you will directly influence the digital experience of our global user base, ensuring that our business remains agile, secure, and resilient in an increasingly connected landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable network solutions, including advanced routing and switching protocols, to support global business expansion and high-traffic demands.

- Manage end-to-end network security by configuring firewalls, VPNs, and access control policies to protect critical organizational data from evolving cyber threats.

- Lead the migration and integration of SD-WAN technologies to optimize bandwidth utilization and improve application performance across international branch offices.

- Execute deep-packet analysis using Wireshark and other diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex latency or connectivity issues, minimizing downtime for end-users.

- Oversee the lifecycle of network management systems, ensuring proactive monitoring and capacity planning to maintain peak performance across the enterprise infrastructure.

- Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to design and maintain secure, high-performance hybrid cloud networking environments that bridge on-premises and cloud-native services.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and maintaining enterprise-grade network architectures, with a deep understanding of TCP/IP stacks and complex routing environments.

- Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot Cisco-centric network environments, supported by a valid CCNP certification or equivalent professional-level mastery.

- Strong proficiency in implementing and managing network security frameworks, including firewall administration and secure VPN tunneling to ensure global compliance.

- Exceptional analytical skills for performing root-cause analysis and network performance tuning, utilizing tools like Wireshark to ensure optimal service delivery.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within a diverse, international team environment.

- Demonstrated adaptability to work in a global, fast-paced setting, maintaining high standards of documentation and operational discipline across different time zones.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in large-scale network administration.
