About the Role :

We are seeking an expert Senior Network Engineer to design, build, and optimize large-scale enterprise networks. You will lead network migrations, solve deep Layer 3 problems, and mentor team members. You will also ensure our multi-site environments stay highly available.

Primary Skills :

- Core Networking : Design, implement, and optimize large-scale enterprise networks.

- Routing & Switching : Deep knowledge of dynamic routing protocols (BGP eBGP/iBGP, OSPF, ISIS, EIGRP, PIM Multicast).

- WAN & Overlay Technologies : MPLS, SR-TE, DWDM, DMVPN, SD-WAN.

- OS Experience : Cisco IOS/ Arista OS /Cumulus Linux.

- Troubleshooting : Hands-on Layer 3 problem-solving and root cause analysis.

Secondary & Good-to-Have Skills :

- Automation : Foundational network automation skills.

- Overlay/Virtualization : VxLAN, BGP-MP, VRFs.

- Compute : Basic understanding of VMware, Kubernetes, Docker.

- Certifications : CCIE is highly preferred.

- Operations : Experience writing runbooks, managing vendors, and running lab simulations.

Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy complex LAN/WAN architectures.

- Lead network upgrades, migrations, and continuous service optimization.

- Manage vendors and act as a technical leader across project teams.

- Create documentation and establish runbooks for smooth daily operations.
